VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE: VICI) (“VICI Properties”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.415 per share of common stock for the period from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023, representing an annualized amount of $1.66 per share and a 6.4% increase from the current dividend rate. The dividend will be payable on October 5, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 21, 2023.
