Biography

• Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadillac Fairview Corporation (“Cadillac Fairview”), one of North America’s leading owners, operators and developers of high-quality retail and mixed-use real estate, a position he held from January 2011 until his retirement in October 2023.
• Serves on the Board of Directors of Colliers International (TSX: CIGI) since January 2024, where he is a member of the Audit Committee, and on the Board of Directors of EQ Bank (Equitable Bank) (TSX: EQB) since January 2026, where he is a member of the HR & Compensation Committee, the Governance & Nominating Committee, and the Credit Risk Sub-Committee.
• Previously served on the Boards of Directors of Macerich (NYSE: MAC) from 2014 to 2018, MAF Properties (Dubai) from 2017 to 2025, and as Board Chair of the Real Property Association of Canada (RealPAC) from 2017 to 2018.
• Serves on the Board of Trustees of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) since 2016, where he chairs the Real Estate Committee.
• Previously held executive leadership positions at Cadillac Fairview prior to becoming President and CEO, and at Brookfield Properties, Marathon Realty Company Limited, and First Quebec Corporation.
• Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Concordia University and an MBA from McGill University.

Mr. Sullivan possesses extensive real estate industry experience gives him deep knowledge of real estate strategy, development, and operations directly relevant to VICI’s business. Mr. Sullivan also brings significant public company board experience, including his current directorships, along with valuable governance, risk management, and finance/human resources and compensation committee experience, providing a valuable perspective to our Company and our Board of Directors.
